This hotel has a lot going for it, especially its friendly staff who were always eager to help. The location is fantastic, being so close to both the transport and city center, but I did notice that the area might not be the best according to some locals. The rooms were spacious and warm upon arrival, although there was a terrible smell that was hard to ignore. If you're looking for a generous mini-bar and a nice view of the sunrise, you'd appreciate this space despite a few issues.

The hotel has a fantastic location, within walking distance to both the train and bus stations as well as the main attractions in Sofia. My room was spacious and comfortable, offering a lovely view of the sunrise. However, I found the tobacco smell in the room distracting, and it would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities. The staff was friendly and responded quickly to our requests, but some improvements in the amenities would enhance the overall experience.
